Breast Augmentation (Corrective) Case 893

THis is a pleasant 57 yedar old female who had previously undergone subpectoral saline breast augmentation and presented to my office requesting a revision due to malposition of her implants, lower pole skin stretch, and severe hyperanimation. We discussed changing her pockets and performing a subfascial revision with Galaflex scaffolding for lower pole support and bilateral mastopexy for breast repositioning. During her procedure, I removed her original implants, reinserting her muscle to the chest wall, and created a new pocket above the muscle and ultimately placed Sientra 380cc moderate profile HSC+ smooth round silicone gel implants followed by a full lift on each side. She is so happy not to have hyperanimation, her breasts are soft, and her implants are appropirately positioned. She is beyond ecstatic with her results. She is shown 6 months following her surgery.
