This pleasant 19 year old male presented to my office with unilateral right-sided gynecomastia. He felt uncomfortable with his asymmetry and wished correction. He underwent unilateral gynecomastia correction/breast reduction with power-assisted liposuction and diret glandular resection. He is shown 6 months followng his surgery.
